Job Description:
Looking for a versatile Technical Support Representative (TSR) skilled in voice and non-voice channels. Provide technical assistance via phone calls, emails, chat, and written communication. Problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are a must.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior related experience desirable.
- Able to work on-site with strong English skills.
- Amenable to an on-site interview.
