Job Description
- Reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies, and taking appropriate actions such as removal or flagging of violating content.
- Monitoring user interactions, including comments and messages, to identify and address instances of harassment, hate speech, or other harmful behavior.
- Handling user reports and complaints regarding content-related issues and taking necessary actions based on the platform’s policies.
- Staying informed about changes in content policies and guidelines and ensuring moderation practices align with the latest updates.
- Keeping detailed records of content reviews, actions taken, and user interactions for future reference, reporting, and analysis.
