Caldwell Communications is recruiting candidates to join our team as Online Chat Agents (Non-Voice) at Tech BPO Communications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers through chat to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues promptly without transferring calls.
- Matches customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilizes persuasion skills to address objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Shares information with clients and colleagues effectively.
