Job Description
AZ Architectural Planners Inc. with 30 years of excellent service is accepting undergrads for the position of Operations Administrator.
Responsibilities include managing daily office operations efficiently, handling company documents, travel bookings, budget preparations, and staff management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Residing near NCR preferred
- Fully vaccinated with booster shot
- Willing to work in Makati Office, overtime, and commute reliably
- Skills in multitasking, communication, and computer literacy
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits include Company Christmas gift, events, pay raise, and progression to permanent employee.
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Extra payments: 13th-month salary, overtime pay, yearly bonus
