Job Description
- Identifies or evaluates customer inquiries (vehicle documentation, PMS, repair, technical concern, parts concern, and warranty).
- Provide PMS quotations to customers.
- Prepare Quotation for NetSuite system on minor repairs and major repairs in line with the pre-estimate work scope.
- Provide real-time scheduling by means of booking appointments and quotations with coordination with branch/dealers.
- Process vehicle concerns entering service centers such as: SOS, DRS, SIS, POS, RR, SI, RO, VDR.
- Coordinate with branch/dealer’s vehicle PMS and repair update status.
- Coordinate with branch/dealer documents needed in vehicle warranty issues.
- Process releasing of units and documentation.
- Update customer daily monitoring report.
- Perform weekly report to be submitted every Friday.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
- Willing to be trained at Congressional Quezon City.
