Job Description
The Payroll Specialist at Probe CX will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, including:
- Processing new employee details, updating employee changes, and handling terminations and redundancies.
- Reviewing sign-on sheets, managing sick leave, processing payments accurately, and distributing payslips.
- Ensuring precise processing of payments and deductions as per the award.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years international payroll with shared services experience (Australian payroll experience a plus).
- Proficiency in payroll/HRS systems (Preceda and Workday experience preferred).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Amenable to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
