- Research potential suppliers.
- Experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, including purchase orders and payments.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Review the quality of purchased products.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Basic knowledge of budget management and accounting.
- Experience in the Construction industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Excel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Can start ASAP.
- Must be amenable to work on-site at Madrigal Business Park Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
