Job Description
PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT
- Receiving, filling and routing of documents (admin work)
- Canvass suppliers, negotiate price and terms
- Process canvass sheet & approved P.O
- Coordinate and monitor P.O to suppliers
- Prepare document payable & follow up payment to accounting & finance
- Prepares daily report
- Sourcing local suppliers dedicated to clinic suppliers, high-end supplies and marketing needs, office requests
