Job Description
- Oversee the silage production operations in the ensiling facility and manage all activities related to silage production.
- Implement production schedules for timely execution based on the production plan and demand.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure silage meets established standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of silage storage facilities to address any issues.
- Enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents in the production area.
- Maintain accurate records of silage processed.
- Coordinate transfer of finished product to Farm Logistics team.
