JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate of Business Ad or Office Administration
- With at least 1 year experience in real estate industry
- Knowledgeable in documentation
- Amenable to work at San Juan, Greenhills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Project documentation and contracts encoding
- Payment processing and system encoding
- Payment monitoring
- Documentation and Filing
- Ensure that documents for signature routing on time and complete
- Assist Project Development and Housing Management & Turnover Group
- In-Charge in preparing and releasing notices to buyers via LBC
Job Type: Full-time
