Job Description
- Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Prepare external and internal reports on job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and client needs are met efficiently.
- Handle delays, emergencies, and project problems.
- Immediate start available.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
