Job Description
1. Assisting property managers with daily operations and administrative tasks.
2. Coordinating maintenance and repair requests from tenants.
3. Handling tenant inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
4. Assisting in the preparation and execution of lease agreements and rental applications.
5. Inspecting properties regularly and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
6. Managing communication between property owners, tenants, and vendors.
7. Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
8. Organizing and maintaining property management-related files and records.
9. Providing excellent customer service and addressing tenant concerns effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Course
- 1 year of related work experience required
- Background or knowledge of Real Estate processes is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong Time Management, Organizational Skills, and Work Ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Location: Trece Martires, Cavite
Experience: Administrative – 1 year
Language: English (Preferred)
