Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct shelf-life studies and determine optimized shelf-life.
- Determine critical parameters affecting product deterioration.
- Establish quantifiable limits for product acceptability.
- Standardize processes for testing critical parameters.
- Research ways to extend shelf-life.
- Enhance sensory evaluation capabilities.
- Classify odor and study cross-contamination.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Preferred backgrounds: Food Technology, Chemistry, etc.
- Minimum 1 year experience in shelf-life studies and sensory evaluation.
- Knowledge of food chemistry, statistical analysis, sensory evaluation tests, and regulatory standards.
- Expertise in GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Exposure to various food ingredient categories.
Willing to be assigned in Calauan, Laguna plant.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
