Job Description
BSFIL Technologies, Inc, a Filipino-owned food ingredient manufacturing & distributing company, is seeking an Admin Officer to manage administrative projects, supervise staff, and oversee administrative systems. This role involves serving as a key contact for internal and external clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Billing Monitoring & Control
- Transmittal & Messengerial Services
- Government Permits’ Compliance
- Office & Building Maintenance
- Staff House Management
- Company Events Organization
- Office Supplies & Uniform Management
- Assets & Vehicle Supervision
Requirements:
- Graduate of Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of admin experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in Office Management and Administrative Functions
- Knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
