Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor real-time contact center metrics
- Set up and manage real-time alerts for performance thresholds
- Allocate resources dynamically for optimal coverage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
