Job Description
As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our center. Responsibilities include opening the center, handling client payments, disbursing fees, and managing administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open the clinic daily and prepare for client visits
- Receive and process payments from clients
- Disburse professional fees to consultants
- Encode daily transactions into the cash flow sheet
- Coordinate scheduling with clients
- Perform basic data encoding in Excel
- Organize administrative files
- Create publicity materials as needed
- Write and manage receipts
- Ensure compliance with business processes
Requirements:
- College graduate (degree in Business Admin or related field is a plus)
- Residing in Sta. Ana or nearby preferred
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong public relations skills & professional work ethics
- Customer service-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php610.00 per day
