Job Information

Job Description

1. Involved in Sales and Aftersales in the entire Davao City.

2. Responsible for increasing subscriber base, revenue, and customer retention of Davao City under Private & Government Entity.

Task List:

1. Collect payments in cash or check and record online payments.
2. Issue an official receipt to the customer.
3. Encode payments into the infosystem.
4. Ensure to tally the cash and check to the daily collection report.
5. Generate Daily/Monthly Collection Report.
6. Prepare Deposit Slips, and all collection within the day must be deposited the next day to the bank.
7. Assist customer complaints like billing concerns and outstanding balances. Guide them and provide relevant information.
8. In-charge of monitoring and requesting payment for utilities, rent, OLT, PO for Gasoline, etc.
9. In-charge of Petty Cash Fund and Revolving Fund.
10. Verify outstanding balance of the client and request for temporary disconnection.
11. In-charge of admin concern i.e. permits, BIR visits.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree holder; Graduate of any business and marketing course.
2. Experience in Sales & Marketing.
3. Sales/Marketing experience in Telco, Medical representative, and Bank industry is an advantage.

Salary:

Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
