Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level IT Technician to join our team at Secure Tech, a Remote Level 1 Technician for an MSP company. Ideal for tech enthusiasts starting their IT career, responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting software/hardware, and assisting in network administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Help desk support for end-users
- Software/hardware troubleshooting
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
- Support for mobile devices and network tasks
- Collaboration on system upgrades
Experience:
- Windows Server knowledge
- Network administration familiarity
- IT support principles understanding
- Software troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency in Mac OS
- Meraki networking equipment knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Customer service orientation
