Job Description
The Technician troubleshoots merchandise and company equipment, reporting to the Fulfillment Center Supervisor. Responsibilities include diagnosing PCs, endorsing warranty claims, and preventive maintenance. Qualifications: 2-year college level.
Skills required: Proficiency in PC hardware troubleshooting, knowledge of peripherals, networking equipment, and servers. Additional skills needed are communication, professionalism, and integrity. Computer certifications are advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Additional leave, company events, discounts, insurance, training, pay raise, and promotion opportunities.
Schedule includes various shifts, holidays, overtime, including additional pay types like commission and 13th-month salary. Experience: 1 year as a Computer Technician preferred.
