Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Service Desk Analyst Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and leading a team of service desk analysts in resolving IT issues and incidents.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues.
