Job Description
Job Summary:
The Social Media Associate assists in developing and implementing various activities to increase brand awareness and engagement. He/she creates engaging contents across social media platforms, monitor and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications graduate or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of current social media trends, platforms, and best practices
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva
