Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate / College level of any Business-related course or equivalent
- With Good Customer Service Skills
- With good interpersonal skills
- Has background in sales and marketing is an advantage
- Computer literate, knowledgeable on Microsoft Word and Excel
- With good written/oral communication skills
- Willing to undergo training at our head office located in Calamba City, Laguna for 1 week
- Can start ASAP
- Preferably living within the vicinity of Laguna or nearby cities and willing to be assigned in Santa Cruz, Laguna Branch
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store manager in the daily affairs of the Store and in the implementation of company policies and procedures
- Attend to customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and after-sales service
- Accept payments and issue corresponding Official Receipts (OR) to customers
- Accomplish all daily reports such as daily remittance report and update office records such as sales journal, etc.
- Follow the company’s guidelines on the cash handling system, disbursement procedure, and petty cash fund
- Perform other functions assigned by management from time to time
