Job Description
- Responsible in full cycle of recruitment process
- Establishing hiring criteria, understanding recruitment needs and finding the right candidates.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements
- Has strong familiarity in different sourcing channels
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessment interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Develop long-term recruiting strategies
