Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects and providing guidance to the development team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of developers, ensuring they deliver high-quality work within the specified deadlines.
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Designing and implementing functional requirements, while continuously improving the development process.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and frameworks, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
