Job Description
The Technical Support Supervisor oversees the daily tasks of the Field Technical Support staff including scheduling and monitoring after-sales-support and preventive maintenance tasks that are accomplished efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Graduate of Computer or Electronic related course.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Technical Field Supervisor.
- Knowledgeable in Electronic equipment/Office equipment and MS Office.
- Experience managing technical personnel and excellent customer orientation.
- Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Banking technical support experience is a plus.
