WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
- Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed appropriately and timely
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- Delivering high-caliber service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- At least HS or SHS Graduate
- With at least 6 months Call Center Experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Superb computer skills
- Willingness to work on site
