Job Description
Position: Technical Team Lead

Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Start Date: (Anticipated) May 13, 2024
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead staff in providing technical support
- Assess and meet technical support goals
- Train, guide, and monitor employee performance
- Provide team reports regularly
- Participate in training and coaching
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience as a Technical Team Lead in BPO
- IT College Graduate preferred
- Experience with Zendesk, Live Person, and Helpdesk applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
