Job Description
The Technical Support Associate provides technical support to clients. Includes machine repair, product demos, and end-user training.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Electronics/Computers
- Minimum 2 years technical experience
- Fieldwork and clerical tasks required
- Strong oral/written communication
- Experience in Electronic Equipment repair
- Knowledge of reading schematic diagrams (a plus)
- Resident in San Fernando, Pampanga
- Willing to undergo 5-month training in Metro Manila
- Own motorcycle/driving skills advantageous
