Job Description
The general duties and responsibilities of a Ticketing Assistant are as follows:
- Provide booking and reservation services to corporate clients/customers.
- Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone.
- Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections.
- Strive to provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements: Graduate of BS in Tourism Management Major in Travel and Tour Operations or related course with at least 6 months experience in ticketing.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
