Job Description
A Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating all aspects of training programs within an organization. They work closely with various teams to identify training needs, develop training materials, and deliver effective training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs and create training plans.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and job aids.
- Organize and deliver training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles.
