Job Description
- At least High School Graduate / Vocational course.
- With at least 1 year of related experience.
- Knowledgeable in aircon repair.
- Experience in electrical, plumbing troubleshooting, and other facility activities.
- With Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NCII
- Must be a team player, flexible, hardworking, and with good moral character.
JOB FUNCTION:
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the outside perimeter area.
- Collect waste outside the building area.
- Maintain building safety by ensuring electrical equipment is unplugged, lights and faucets are closed when not in use.
- Conduct daily inspection of main electrical and water gauge to ensure all facilities are functioning well.
- Maintain Hazardous area and ensure proper labeling of hazardous wastes.
- Assist in weighing waste during hauling.
- Regular AC cleaning and repair as necessary.
- Ensure plumbing and other admin facilities are functioning well.
