Job Description
Job responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately, via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to work onsite.
