Looking for a versatile Technical Support Representative (TSR) skilled in both voice and non-voice channels. As a TSR, you’ll provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers through phone calls, emails, chat, and written communication. If you’re a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, apply today.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Able to work on-site.
- Possesses strong English communication skills.
- Amenable to attending an on-site interview.
- Must be residing within Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, and Cavite area.
