Looking for a versatile Technical Support Representative (TSR) skilled in both voice and non-voice channels. As a TSR, you’ll provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers through phone calls, emails, chat, and written communication. Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
