Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our team for both Voice & Non-Voice positions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone or written communication to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible without transferring calls.
- Match customers’ needs with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with internal and external clients and collaborate with colleagues.
