Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet visitors warmly and connect them to the appropriate party.
- Answer inquiries or refer them to the concerned group.
- Direct visitors to booked rooms and manage meeting room occupancy.
- Coordinate mail flow and ensure timely release and receipt of documents.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing documents with confidentiality.
- Handle office administration tasks and supply requests.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Business course.
- Experience in clerical/administrative support preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Office Applications with organizational abilities.
- Must be flexible, organized, and goal-oriented.
