Job Description
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through resume databases, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Prepare regular reports and analytics on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0- 6 months experience in HR Recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
