Job Description
Provide technical expertise services to Design, Implement, maintain, and administer IT Infrastructure and Operations ensuring Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Service availability, render project delivery, and user support services. Expert level hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory management, Servers, VMware virtualization, CISCO Firewalls, Gateways, Antivirus solutions, networks (LAN/WAN/SDWAN), and Storage systems preferably NetApp. Deliver assigned projects meeting time and budget targets. Maintain MOL Pakistan’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) environment to ensure IT Systems and Services are securely available to users round the clock basis. Ensure efficient user support services by responding and closing user service requests efficiently meeting service level agreements. Install, configure, Administer and troubleshoot MOL Pakistan ICT infrastructure inclusive of Physical and virtual Servers, Storage systems, LANs-Local area networks including Active Directory, WANs-Wide area Networks, Internet Services, Mail Systems, Security systems including UTMs-Unified Threat Management systems, firewalls, Antivirus systems including gateways and other tools, IP Telephony, wireless setups and physical security system to ensure continuous IT service availability.
