Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Drive main logistics-related physical activities-
- Inbound and outbound delivery
- Storage and in-house movements
- Distribution
- Warehouse infrastructure maintenance and development
- Periodical reviews of the Spend Analysis
- Monitoring of end-to-end (E2E) and pick-to-delivery (P2D) of the orders
- Identify automation opportunities
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain reporting tools
- Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling
- Perform all other delegated and professional tasks related to logistics operations
- Periodic review of Material Efficiency Ratio (MER) and Supplier Statement of Account (SOA)
- Actively develop and maintain closer collaboration with other department members in/outside of Supply Chain Management (SCM)/Procurement based on the area of expertise
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, Computer Science, or related fields
Professional Competencies
- Proven knowledge of inventory management
- SCM and logistics understanding
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data
- Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM and WM are preferred)
- Intermediate or advanced level of using Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain management role or a related position
