Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on federal and state laws/regulations.
- Create detailed memos on legal issues with insights.
- Review contracts in the US and Pakistan.
- Assist in resolving legal matters from HR and Admin.
- Collaborate with teams to address legal concerns.
- Ensure contract compliance and minimize legal risks.
- Work closely with senior Legal Department members.
- Support senior counsel in legal matters.
- Develop policies aligned with laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Hold a Law degree.
- Familiarity with US laws and legal frameworks.
- Strong research skills in legal databases.
- Comfortable with late shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
