Job Description
Zoho CRM Expertise:
- Proficient in enabling sales and marketing using Zoho CRM.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance CRM functionality.
Marketing Email Campaigns:
- Execute and maintain marketing email campaigns using Zoho CRM.
- Create targeted email content, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
Cognito Forms Development:
- Develop and maintain Cognito Forms for data collection and workflows.
- Integrate Cognito Forms with other systems using Zapier.
- Ensure seamless data flow and user-friendly form experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in most of the above skills.
- A minor in Marketing, Accounting, or Finance is a plus.
