Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating and directing activities such as staff assistance, patient restraint, traffic control, and system monitoring.
- Implement security procedures, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and laws.
- Review and evaluate security reports, conduct follow-up investigations, and report to HOD.
- Analyze traffic and parking issues, make recommendations for new programs.
- Manage safety & security records, resolve patient/staff problems, and attend HOD meetings.
- Develop and approve staff duty roster, supervise security personnel, and participate in hiring processes.
