Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations and support continued growth in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to the organization and the Operations Team.
- Make key decisions regarding company policy, planning, and strategy.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to define values, strategies, and plan for both short- and long-term goals.
- Drive growth strategies focused on financial gain and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify potential vendors and understand customer needs.
