Job Description
Position: Assistant Community Liaison Officer Location:
- Druban Chah
- Mashki Chah/Nok Chah
- Fan Sediment (Tang Kachow, Kirtaka, etc.)
- Humai
- Nokkundi
Qualification: Intermediate degree required (FA/FS). Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: At least 6 Months of relevant experience. Requirements: Microsoft Office. Responsibilities:
- Assist in communicating with internal departments, external partners, and community members.
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders seeking assistance or clarification.
- Help in drafting correspondence, emails, or reports.
- Support in scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, or events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Help in updating databases and contact lists.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather data.
- Participate in building and nurturing positive relationships.
- Provide support in resolving conflicts or addressing concerns.
