Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for administrative and organizational tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, supervising office tasks, and providing support to the team. Other responsibilities will include coordinating events, arranging travel, and assisting in various projects.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and able to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite applications
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus
