Job Description
Job Purpose
Assistant Manager – IS, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) will provide technical expertise for developing and implementing the information security risk management program at Bank Alfalah Limited. Responsibilities include security reviews, procurement, budgeting, risk assessment, awareness training, policy development, and feedback to address security issues.
Key Accountabilities:
- Conducting internal and external Information Security Audits
- Identifying technical weaknesses and assessing compliance with regulations
- Leading cyber security awareness sessions for staff and customers
- Providing feedback to address Information Security concerns
- Developing and managing Information Security Risk Management Program
- Advising on security controls in business processes
- Preparing reports for management and IT committees
- Creating and maintaining security policies and procedures
- Managing Information Security Budget
- Reporting Information Security Key Risk Indicators
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, ISO 27001 LA, CISM certifications
- 3 years of Technology Experience with a focus on Information Security
- Experience in Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance
