Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lodhran District for an Assistant. The assistant will be responsible for managing and processing data, maintaining documentation, and providing administrative support to various departments within the company. The assistant will also be responsible for maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling phone and email correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Prior administrative or assistant experience is a plus
