Role Description:

MCB Bank Limited is looking for a Branch Manager for our Lārkāna branch. This is a full-time on-site role. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, supervising staff, and ensuring that customer needs are met. In addition, the Branch Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure cross-functional effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and deliver under pressure and time constraints
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in banking or financial industry
