Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent working night shift. As a Call Center Agent Night Shift, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues or complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is located in Lahore.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
