Job Description
Eplanet Global’s subsidiary Helpp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Category Manager to lead our Salon category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Salon category, focusing on growth and expansion.
- Develop strategies for increasing category revenue and market share using beauty segment expertise.
- Collaborate with the development team to optimize the customer app experience.
- Foster relationships with service providers and optimize partner experience.
- Implement financial strategies for revenue optimization.
- Analyze market trends and metrics for decision-making.
- Lead and guide a team to achieve category objectives.
- Manage brand initiatives and maintain consistency.
- Drive innovation and adaptability within the category.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Management.
- Minimum 3 years of category management experience in the beauty segment.
- Experience with online platforms preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Confidence, analytical skills, and team management ability.
- Brand management experience is a plus.
- Startup experience is desirable.
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Parsa Tower
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
